MIAMI COUNTY – The Miami County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident reported on Sunday night, at approximately 8:47 PM EDT. The incident occurred near the intersection of Farrington Rd. and N. County Rd. 25A in Washington Township.
Deputies responded to the scene following a 911 call reporting a suspicious person. A male victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds, but is expected to survive.
The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to determine the circumstances.
