MIAMI COUNTY – On Monday, rape complaints were reported to Miami County Sheriff’s deputies. The victims were minors. An investigation by detectives led to the arrest of Kenneth E. Holycross III (41) of Bethel Township. He was incarcerated in the Miami County Jail and charged with two counts of rape.
Holycross was previously employed in positions in which he would have had authority over minors. Detectives suspect there may be other victims and are requesting the public’s assistance.
