DARKE COUNTY – On Thursday, officers responded to the 1300 of Sweitzer St. in Greenville for a reported attempted sexual assault complaint.
The investigation discovered that the suspect, Raymond Perkins, was invited inside a home in reference to his job duties, but allegedly tried to take advantage of a female at the residence. He reportedly put his hands on the female and tried to solicit a sexual encounter before the female rejected his advances.
After interviewing Perkins, he was placed under arrest and charged with Assault and Unlawful Restraint.
