The pageant was held on Tuesday, July 21st, at the Darke County Fairgrounds where the Annie Oakley Festival will be held on Friday 25th, Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th.
The contestants: Rhenley Dirksen, Arthur Perry, Anne Adkins, Grace Beam & Celaena Marando. Winners: 1st place Little Miss Celanea Maranco, 1st runner-up Little Miss Grace Beam, 1st place Little Mr. Arthur Perry & Most Photogenic Anne Adkins.
