Linda Ruth (Beisner) Sherry, 84 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Friday August 28, 2026, at 11:45 PM st Hospice of Miami County, Troy, Ohio. Linda was born July 17, 1942, in Darke County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Virgil and Edythe (Smith) Beisner.
Linda was a homemaker and member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church; she enjoyed cooking, baking, and cake decorating; she loved to quilt, sew, and make jewelry and also loved to read.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Lew Beisner, and Glen Beisner; and her sisters, Nina Barone, and Lynne Shaar.
Linda is survived by her husband, Ronald Sherry of Greenville whom she married September 21, 1963; her children, Tim (Christie) Sherry of Raleigh, North Carolina, Dannette Sherry of Wayne Lakes, and Todd (Connie) Sherry of Greenville; her grandchildren, Dylan Bugher, Camryn Sherry, and Julian Sherry; her siblings, Gail Beisner of England, and Becky Carr of Michigan.
A private graveside will be held at the convenience of the family at Oak Grove Cemetery, Fort Jefferson, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
