SIDNEY – The Greenville Lady Wave golf team traveled to Sidney to play the Lady Yellow Jackets in a conference match at The Moose Golf Course and brought home a 211-221 MVL win.
The Lady Wave were led by Vera Cox with a 48; Sofia Chrisman and Taylor Trissel each shot a 54 and Callee Moore carded a 55. Also playing for the Wave were Reese Addington with a 61 and Kennedy Schoen with a 70.
Sidney was led by Tatum Werntz with a 42; Hannah Carlson a 53; Jolene Smith a 62 and Layla Spangler shot a 64. Also playing for Sidney were Roslyn Rotan with a 67 and Antoinette Neu with a 68.
The Lady Wave finish the season with a 3-3 record in conference play. The Greenville girls varsity golf team is 5-7 overall on the season.
The Wave will travel to Locust Hills on Thursday, September 28th play in the Miami Valley League conference match.
