VERSAILLES – The Greenville Lady Wave golf team placed sixth out of 11 teams playing in the Versailles Lady Tiger Invitational at Stillwater Golf Course.
Sofia Chrisman with led the Lady Wave with a 100, followed by Vera Cox with a 101. Callee Moore carded a 114 and Paityn Lehr finished with a 119. Also playing for the Greenville were Reese Addington with a 120 and Erin Winner with a 149.
“We are dealing with a couple of injuries, and this was the third invitational the girls played this week,” said Greenville coach Tracy Haines. “The girls are tired since this is only the second week of the season. We still need to work on stamina, chipping, and putting.”
