GREENVILLE – The Junior Fair Equine Department announced Kaylie Miller as the All-Around High Point winner following four days of competition at the Great Darke County Fair. The All-Around High Point is figured by all of the week’s placings and their skillathon score. The equine department had over 100 horse and rider combinations competing at the Junior Fair this year.
