DARKE COUNTY – Donations were made to several local causes from money raised during the 2nd Annual Jase Blocher Memorial Car Show, presented by Treaty City Motorcycle Club on July 20.
The funds raised made it possible to deliver donations to Caleb Maloon in the amount of $1,750, who tragically lost both of his parents in July. Donations were also made to the Greenville Boys and Girls Club in the amount of $835 and the Darke County Humane Society in the amount of $800.
“I would just like to let everyone know how appreciative we are of their generosity and to all who bring their cars, trucks and bikes out for everyone to enjoy,” said Jase’s mom Staci Blocher. “I want nothing more than to keep my son’s memory alive and by doing that, we’ve helped numerous others, which Jase was a true believer in doing. He would’ve given the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it!”
