Jansen A. Newbauer, 47, of Palestine passed away on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026.
Jansen was born on September 1st, 1979, in Darke County, Ohio, to later be adopted by the late John and Carlyn Newbauer. Over the years he connected with his biological father and his wife, Jeff and Reda Dinkins.
Jansen is survived by his children Brianna Gerace (Johns), James, Xander and Jackson Newbauer. Grandchildren Wyatt and Ryder Johns. As well as numerous brothers and sisters, nieces, and nephews. Jansen also cherished many friends who became like family to him, including Johns Kopilec and Jenny Rammel. Also, Craig and Amber Robinson.
Jansen worked for Ohio Vally Electric; he loved his work and many of the men he met at work over the years had become great friends. Jansen enjoyed spending time with his children in his free time, going four wheeling with friends and working on his motorcycle. He will be remembered for the memories made and times shared with those around him and the things he loved the most.
Guests may visit the family on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville, Ohio. Proceeding the services there will be a small gathering at Bible Fellowship Church in Greenville, Ohio, where they will be offering food and drinks and more time to celebrate and share stories of Jansens life.
In honor of Jansen please dress comfortably as he was not a huge fan of dressing in his Sunday best.
