MIAMI COUNTY – On July 22, 2026 Miami County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Joseph O. Hadlock, age 70, of Monroe Township on indictments for 3 counts of rape of a minor under age 13 and two counts of gross sexual imposition. The offenses took place from 1995 until the early 2000’s. Hadlock was incarcerated in the Miami County Jail without incident.
