GREENVILLE—A Darke County man pled guilty to a drug charge in Darke County Common Pleas Court on Monday. Judge Stephen A. Wolaver, of Greene County, presided.
Marty D. Griggs, of Greenville, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamines, a second-degree felony. He faces up to eight years incarceration, with a maximum fine of $15,000 and a mandatory fine of $7,500.
Griggs was transported to the Darke County Jail, and held on a $15,000 cash bond. His sentencing is scheduled for Monday, April 3.
