GREENVILLE — Greenville Senior High School honored four senior wrestlers — Jack Suter, Avery Mead, Gabe Rammel, and Coelen Rose — during the team’s final home match of the season as the Green Wave hosted the visiting Coldwater Cavaliers.
Veteran Greenville coach David Guillozet praised the seniors for both their character and contributions to the program.

“Can’t say anything bad about any of them, they are all good kids,” said veteran Greenville wrestling coach David Guillozet. “I have enjoyed them. I only had Gabe and Caelen for two years, but they have been great additions to the team. Jack’s been a staple for four years, and Avery has been a staple, too. He’s been doing really well. Looking forward to the postseason.”

The Green Wave capped Senior Night with a strong performance on the mat, defeating Coldwater 50–29 in front of a large home crowd. The evening also featured the presence of three former Greenville wrestling coaches — Kyle Kagey, Coach Gutador, and Marty McCabe — adding to the celebratory atmosphere.

“It was a good match,” Coach Guillozet said. “I love wrestling Coldwater, they’re fun, they’re good people, and it’s a good dual for us.”
With the regular season now complete at home, Greenville turns its focus toward the upcoming postseason, carrying momentum from the Senior Night victory and leadership provided by this year’s senior class.
