MONTGOMERY COUNTY – A Greenville man died after his dump truck collided with an overpass on I-70 early Thursday morning in Montgomery County.
A preliminary investigation, by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, reported that the commercial dump truck driven by Carson McKee (50) of Greenville, was eastbound on I-70.
McKee reportedly failed to lower his dump bed and struck the overpass at SR 49. The truck overturned, ejecting McKee from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The crash is still under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
