DARKE COUNTY – On Thursday, the Darke County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the 6000 block of Requarth Road in Greenville Township following an investigation into child pornography. Matthew A. Shoffstall, Jr. (36) was taken into custody without incident and is currently charged with Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor, a second-degree felony. He is currently in the Darke County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
This case is still being investigated by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.
