GREENVILLE – The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW) released its annual district report cards on September 15, and we’re proud to share that Greenville City Schools earned 3 out of 5 stars overall, meeting the state standard.
We also improved in two key areas—Gap Closing and Graduation Rate—and are excited to build on that momentum.

Focus Areas for Growth
We’re prioritizing early literacy, where we’ve already reduced the number of off-track readers by 62 students and increased on-track readers by 8%. We’re also closely monitoring academic progress in reading and math and will use the upcoming detailed data to guide targeted support.
