GREENVILLE – Greenville Police Lieutenant Benjamin Boyer recently graduated from the Police Executive Leadership College (PELC).
The classes are a three-week program focused on developing and strengthening leadership within the law enforcement profession. The curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, decision-making and effective leadership strategies that are essential in today’s evolving policing environment.
