GREENVILLE – First Presbyterian Church (FPC) in Greenville welcomed more than 120 children and their families to their Fourth Annual Festival of the Risen King—a vibrant celebration of community, joy, and the resurrection of Christ.
Throughout the day, children enjoyed a wide variety of exciting games, including Safari Spin, Pluck-a-Duck, Plinko, and many more. As they played, they collected tickets to exchange for fun and colorful prizes. Faces lit up with smiles as kids got their faces painted, enjoyed fresh popcorn and fluffy cotton candy, and watched in awe as Twists of Faith Balloons (from Beavercreek) twisted balloon animals into unforgettable creations.
Wholly Smokes BBQ provided delicious meals, and live music filled the air while children jumped and played in two bounce houses and an action-packed obstacle course.
We extend a special thank-you to the Greenville Police Department for joining us and handing out goodies to the kids. Most of all, this incredible event would not have been possible without the dedication of more than 30 volunteers and the generous support of our sponsors.
