GREENVILLE – GNB Northtown Banking Center celebrated its branch renovation by having a Customer Appreciation Day Friday morning with their customers for their patience and understanding during their recent renovation.

GNB Northtown Banking Center is one of 11 locations in the area. GNB is committed to serving its communities and hometown people. Many of its locations and branches have recently experienced new upgrades, and GNB Northtown Banking Center has just been finished. GNB Northtown Banking Center’s new upgrades included a brand new lobby with a beautiful mural of the swinging bridge in Greenville City Park. The project also included new equipment throughout the building to provide better service for customers and additional security.

“We’re appreciative of our customers,” said Branch Manager Lisa Martin. “During the construction process, we remained open. We were open during the entire thing, and our customers dealt with that very well.”

Manager Lisa Martin also expressed her gratitude and appreciation to Brumbaugh Construction and the subcontractors who worked diligently and efficiently to ensure the completion of this project. They worked the entire time around the banking center, which was open to its customers.

“We’re thrilled with the way it looks and the way it functions. We not only have a beautiful facility, but it also gave us equipment that we added that will help us with community service and additional security,” continued Martin.

In attendance was also Susan Shields, President of GNB Banking Centers, who shared feedback.

“It needed a refresh,” stated Shields. “We really appreciate our customers. We appreciate Brumbaugh’s, who really worked with us so we could take care of our customers.”
