GREENVLLE – GNB Banking Centers announced the retirement of Chairman of the Board, Timothy J. Booher, following its Annual Shareholders Meeting on March 24. Booher joined the board as a director in 2009 and was elected Chairman in 2023.
John L. Warner has been elected to succeed Booher as Chairman of the Board.
Also retiring from the Board of Directors is Steve A. Burns. Burns served as President of GNB from 1992 to 2014 and as a director from 1992 to 2026, contributing more than three decades of leadership and service.
GNB extends its sincere appreciation to Tim and Steve for their many years of dedicated service and their lasting contributions to the organization.
