G.H.S. Vocal Music Dept. presents Fall Concert “Gone Country”

GREENVILLE – The Greenville High School vocal music department will present their annual Fall Concert, entitled “Gone Country”, on Thursday, October 10th, at 7:30 pm at Memorial Hall.

The show will consist of a variety of well-known country hits. All choirs will start the show with “Life is a Highway”. The Concert Choir will sing a medley of Johnny Cash hits, along with “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” from Toy Story. The Choraliers will sing “Humble and Kind” and “Most People are Good”. Collage will perform a medley of Taylor Swift Country Songs.

The Wavaires will perform Dolly Parton, Alabama and Lady A. A variety of country duets and solos will also take place throughout the show.

Tickets for the performance on October 10th can be purchased online at ghsvocalmusicboosters.seatyourself.biz. Tickets online are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children/students/Greenville faculty. All seats at the door will be sold for $7.00, so plan to purchase your tickets online for a better seat selection and a lower price.

The GHS Choirs are directed by Mrs. Chelsea Whirledge, accompanied by Mr. Christopher Andres, and choreographed by Mrs. Brooke Williams.
