FFA State Officer Visits Mississinawa Valley

UNION CITY—The Mississinawa Valley – MVCTC FFA Chapter had a visitor on Monday, December 19, 2022.

The 2022-2023 Ohio FFA State Reporter, Aly Murphy, came and spoke to them about various, important things to use throughout their high school journey.

Aly taught each and every one of the members something very valuable, and had fun while doing it. Through the games, words of wisdom, and laughs that Aly provided, the members had a very memorable experience. When Aly spoke, she had the members’ attention. She listened and laughed with the members as they gave their name and interests. She provided several fun games that had meaning to them.

While working with some of the older members, she gave advice on time management. Aly explained that this is an important life skill to use during and after high school. With the younger members, Aly talked about the importance of stepping outside of your comfort zone. This is another very important life skill. The members definitely learned a lot, and had a great time with Aly. The members were great listeners and participants.

The chapter would like to thank Aly Murphy, the Ohio FFA Reporter, for leaving such an impact on the chapter!
