MIAMI COUNTY – On June 30, Miami County Sheriff’s detectives executed a narcotics search warrant in the 1000 block of Linwood Drive in the City of Troy.
The search warrant was the culmination of a several-month-long narcotics investigation involving the trafficking of drugs from the residence. Items seized included approximately one pound of cocaine (much of it packaged for sale), digital scales, drug paraphernalia, drug packaging materials, and approximately $5,000.00 in U.S. currency.
The investigation is ongoing. Detectives will be meeting with the Miami County Prosecuting Attorney to prepare the case for presentation to a Miami County Grand Jury.
