GREENVILLE – Dave Knapp Ford and Lincoln celebrated its 30th anniversary with a ribbon cutting Friday morning.

“We really appreciate your support and all that you do for the community,” Rachel Neal from the Darke County Chamber of Commerce said. “Congratulations.”

Many members of the community came out to support and congratulate Dave Knapp. They enjoyed not only the lovely lunch provided but also each other’s company and connections.

Dave Knapp was excited about the event and glad to see everyone there.

“The thirty years, where did they go? What a great time to be here,” Dave Knapp said. “Life’s about relationships, no question about it. And I think that we are living proof of that these past thirty years.”

Knapp mentioned how much his business has grown. He has from nine employees thirty years ago to forty-six employees today.

“A lot more accountability is what it takes,” Knapp said. “The hardest thing about running any kind of retail store is managing your employees, so from nine employees to 46 is a full-time job.”

Dave Knapp always says life is all about relationships and connections. Judging by the crowd of people who came out to support him and his business, Knapp is the best at forging those connections.

Congratulations on thirty years, Dave Knapp!
