For the week ending December 20, 2024, the Court considered and decided the following notable matters.

Elizabeth Voss was granted Intervention in Lieu of Conviction on the charge of possession of cocaine (F5). She was ordered to undergo treatment and probation supervision for 5 years.

Jessica Murphy was on trial for aggravated possession of drugs (F5). The jury returned a guilty verdict. Judge Fliehman sentenced her to 180 days in jail.

Amber Foley, after being found guilty of Endangering Children (F5) and OVI, was sentenced by Judge Fliehman to 4 days in jail and community control sanctions, including 100 hours of community services and supervision/treatment for 60 months, with an additional 176 days of jail currently suspended.

Karley Markham, after being found guilty of trespass in a habitation (F4), was sentenced by Judge Fliehman to 4 days in jail and community control sanctions, including 50 hours of community services and supervision/treatment for 60 months, with an additional 176 days of jail currently suspended.

Paige Roberts, after being found guilty of attempted trafficking in drugs (F4), was sentenced by Judge Fliehman to 3 days in jail and community control sanctions, including 100 hours of community services and supervision/treatment for 60 months, with an additional 297 days of jail currently suspended.

Jesse York, after being found guilty of attempted inducing panic (M1) and attempted intimidation of a witness in a criminal case (F4), was sentenced by Judge Fliehman to 60 days in jail, pay restitution of $26,219.42, and community control sanctions, including 100 hours of community services and supervision/treatment for 60 months, with an additional 240 days of jail currently suspended.

Shane Younker, after being found guilty of unlawful sexual contact with a minor (F3), was sentenced by Judge Fliehman to 18 months in prison plus 5 years of mandatory parole supervision, as well as sex offender registration.

William Abrams, after being found guilty of attempted grand theft (F5) and passing a bad check (F5), was sentenced by Judge Fliehman to 240 days in jail and pay restitution of $20,875.65.
