Darke County Agricultural Society responds to staff resignation

GREENVILLE – The Darke County Agricultural Society (DCAS) has accepted the immediate resignation of Keith Ludwick, who recently served in the role of Fair Manager/Board Secretary.

While the Board is disappointed by the abrupt nature of his departure, we are grateful for the time and energy he dedicated during his brief tenure. We respect his decision and wish him success in future endeavors.

The DCAS Board remains firmly committed to transparency, organizational progress, and the long-term success of the Great Darke County Fair. Transitions—particularly in leadership—can be challenging, and we continue to work diligently to provide structure, stability, and accountability throughout our operations.

We also want to reassure the public that preparations for the upcoming Fair are moving forward on schedule. The Board, staff, and countless volunteers remain focused on delivering a successful and memorable event for our entire community.

The Darke County Fair has a long and proud history, and we remain dedicated to ensuring its future remains just as strong.
