DARKE COUNTY – Construction has begun on the Darke County Airport improvements project this week.
In this phase of the project, the existing concrete pad is being widened to accommodate two 12,000-gallon double-lined fuel tanks.
Once complete, the old airport terminal will be demolished. Construction is scheduled to be completed this year.
