GREENVILLE – On Thursday, April 24th, two commissioners attended. Commissioners Aultman and Flatter were present; Commissioner Combs was absent. The meeting started at 1:30 p.m. The Commissioners’ first order of business was the reading of session minutes from Thursday, April 17th. These were put off due to Commissioner Combs being absent, as it was only he and Commissioner Aultman who were present last Tuesday. The session proceeded with the examination and allowance of bills with vouchers amounting to $45,744.87 out of the General Fund and outside funds of $222,462.78, for a total of $268,207.65; all were approved for payment.
A transfer of Appropriations for the Commissioners was next for the Prosecutors Office lateral file Island. The amount approved was $7093.85.
A Revenue and Appropriation increase of $6,331.00 was requested by the Darke County EMA Department. The transfer of $49,317.00 was from the 2024 EMPG GRANT. This increase was due to more being received from the Grant.
Finally, Darke County Adult Probation submitted an expense request to attend a mandatory meeting in Lewis Center, Ohio, on May 15-16 for John Tabler and Kira Burton. The request was approved for $1,377.28.
The short session ended at 1:35. The next meeting is Tuesday, April 29th, at the Commissioner’s office at 1:30 p.m.
