Commissioners established Planning Fee for collection of future Ft. Jefferson Wastewater System

DARKE COUNTY – The Darke County Commissioners’ regular session for September 2nd started at 1:34 p.m. with Commissioners Aultman, Flatter, and Combs present. The session minutes from August 21st and August 28th were accepted. There were no payment vouchers.

The Commissioners then authorized to apply, accept, and enter into a WPCLF (Water Pollution Control Loan Fund) agreement on behalf of the Ft. Jefferson Sewer Sub-district. It was accepted.

Next, the Commissioners established a Planning Fee for the collection of future Ft. Jefferson Wastewater System for the sewer sub-district. The fee will be $40/month, or $120/quarter. It was also accepted.

Wright State University has discontinued its membership in the Ohio Network of American History Research Centers. Darke County will now receive and maintain those records under the Ohio History Connection rules and Regulations. A Rate of Pay change was approved for Joseph Ditmer, Ditch Maintenance worker, effective Sept. 8th, 2025.

The Commissioners went into executive session at 1:42 for a pending or imminent court action. They were out of session at 1:48. The regular session then adjourned at 1:51.
