GREENVILLE – The Darke County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday afternoon.

Commissioners Matt Aultman, Marshall Combs, and Larry Holmes were present.

The board approved Resolution (R-65-2024). This is two transfers of appropriations. The first is $180 for the yearly subscription for the Darke County Chamber of Commerce. The second is $5,000 for the Common Pleas Court to cover transcripts for 2023 cases.

The board then approved Key Funding Services Inc. for CDBG Administrative Assistance and Program Consultant Services for Darke County.

“This is a notification of award to Key Funding that they will be awarded the CDGB administrative assistant program consultant services contract for our CDGB projects,” Commissioner Matt Aultman said.

The board then discussed the upcoming OneOhio Recovery Region 15 meeting.

“This is just a notification that it’s going to happen Monday the fourth at 10 am in Sidney, same place as the extension office meeting room,” Commissioner Aultman said. “The big thing they are going to talk about is the grant actually being published on the state so you can start applying for it in April, and the submissions are due May third for any kind of opioid-related funding grant opportunities.”

Also during the meeting, Administrative Clerk and Secretary Robin Blinn reminded everyone of the location change for the meeting on Thursday.

“Session on Thursday will be out at the Darke County Board of DD,” Binn said. “The proclamation will be at 1, and then the meeting will start at 1:30.”
