Commissioners approve 2 Darke County Auditor expense requests

GREENVILLE – The Darke County Board of Commissioners met Thursday afternoon.
Commissioners Matt Aultman and Larry Holmes were both present. Commissioner Marshall
Combs was absent due to having a meeting obligation.

Under Resolution (R-211-2024), the Fund Advance for the 2023 LEAD Safe Ohio Grant was
approved in the amount of $1,000.00. This Fund Advance covered the Candy Lammers CSL
Contracting invoice for the initial inspection for the Anthony Wayne & MRTC Project.

Commissioners approved two expense requests for the Darke County Auditor.

Carol Ginn, Shana Howard, Geoff Surber, and Kim Hunt will all be attending the mandatory Ohio GFOA-37th Annual Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 24-27, 2024. The total estimate for this request is $5,510.00.

Brad Horsley will be attending the mandatory 2024 Ohio GIS Conference in Columbus, Ohio on September 22-24, 2024. The total estimate for this request is $1,297.50.

Commissioner Aultman reminded the public that all County Offices will be closed next Thursday, July 4th. There will be no session due to the office being closed.

The Darke County Board of Commissioners meets every Tuesday and Thursday in session at 1:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
