DARKE COUNTY – On Tuesday, at approximately 1:21 pm Deputies from the Darke County Sheriff’s Office were called to respond to 3091 Hollansburg Tampico Road in reference to a possible burglary in progress.
Deputies arrived on location and located a male under a vehicle. The investigation revealed that the male was attempting to make the vehicle mobile in order to take it from the property without permission.
The male was taken into custody and was transported to the Darke County Criminal Justice Center. The male was booked in for attempted theft and criminal trespass.
