TROY – The body of the missing Troy teen, Ellie Carder, was discovered in the Great Miami River on Sunday afternoon by a kayaker, according to a post by the Troy Police on social media.
The 14-year-old has been missing since leaving a friend’s house on Jan. 31. She has family in both Darke and Miami County. A preliminary exam showed no signs of trauma.
