NEW WESTON – Dream week at Eldora Speedway started Wednesday night with FloRacing Night in America and a $20,000-to-win feature. Bobby Pierce started sixth, took the lead on lap 25 coming out of Turn 4, and led the rest of the 50-lap race.
Hudson O’Neal led the first half before Pierce made his move. A caution on lap 48 set up a three-lap dash to the finish, but Pierce stayed out front.
Dale McDowell restarted on the outside of O’Neal and held onto third. Nick Hoffman reclaimed fourth after Devin Moran slowed with oil pressure issues, and Garrett Alberson rounded out the top five.
