DARKE COUNTY – This week’s local spotlight athletes are Liz Shaffer and Marissa Hicks.
Shaffer and Hicks are both members of the Greenville Lady Wave Softball program. Shaffer is a freshman pitcher, while Hicks is a junior catcher for LWSB. Both ladies played hard this past softball season and are expected to be an even bigger part of the team’s success next year.
