MIAMI COUNTY – The Miami County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Dominick Robert Funaro (45) of Tipp City, in connection with an ongoing investigation involving allegations of sexual battery.
On June 2, 2025, Funaro was taken into custody without incident and has been formally charged with Sexual Battery, a felony of the third degree, in violation of Ohio Revised Code Section 2907.03.
The arrest follows a detailed investigation conducted by detectives with the Miami County Sheriff’s Office after allegations were reported involving conduct that allegedly occurred in Miami County. Evidence gathered during the course of the investigation supported the filing of charges and the subsequent arrest of the suspect.
Funaro is currently being held at the Miami County Jail, pending arraignment in the Miami County Municipal Court.
