Friday night, October 13th, Arcanum’s FCCLA program sponsored their annual luminary walk in support of cancer, raising money to be donated to the local Bunco group.
Over two hundred luminaries were sold, honoring those affected by cancer, along with hundreds of bake sale items made in the Family and Consumer Science classes during the week.
They also raffled off two large gift card trees and sold pink cowbells and rally towels! After a successful yet rainy luminary walk, the Arcanum FCCLA program was able to donate a record-breaking $786 to the local Bunco for Breast Cancer group, who graciously accepted the donation and walked with students and families in the rain after the game.
