Sherry Louise Apple, 61 of Wayne Lakes, passed away on Thursday October 29, 2026, at 3:35 PM at her residence. Sherry was born February 17, 1965, in Piqua, Ohio, the daughter of Patricia (Wysong) Maxwell of Bradford and the late Robert “Bob” Maxwell.
Sherry worked at Kitchen Aid and was an avid football fan.
Sherry is preceded in death by her father; her daughter, Amber McGlinch; her son, Seth Davis; her grandson, Eli Davis; and her brother, Jerry Lee Johnson (Deb).
Sherry is survived by her mother, Patricia; her children, Brett Williams, Storm Davis, and Jasmine Davis; her grandchildren, Kaileigh, Madison, Braxton, and Sam; her siblings, Bobby (Summer) Maxwell, Bill (Jane) Johnson, Trisha (Mike) Morgan, Michelle (Marshall) Wheaton, and Jody (Rob) Brickler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services for Sherry will be held on Saturday November 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Burial will be in Harris Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Research.
