Judith Ann Voke, age 81, of Greenville passed away at 6:57 am Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
Judy was born on January 8, 1945, in Greenville to the late Walter & Annabel (Davenport) Enicks. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gary Eugene Voke on July 31, 2022, whom she married November 22, 1963; and a daughter-in-law, Susan Voke.
Judy is survived by her children, Lonnie Voke of New Madison, Tamy & Vince Metzcar of Troy, and Darrin & Heather Voke of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; grandchildren, Jennifer & Gabe McWhinney, Brittany Voke, Morgan Voke (Anthony), Jace & Allison Metzcar, and Caleb & Maddy Metzcar; great grandchildren, Kylie McWhinney, Cora McWhinney, Gavin McWhinney, and Landon McWhinney; and brothers & sister-in-law, Gerald “Jerry” & Diana Enicks of Greenville and Ronald “Ronnie” Enicks of Montezuma.
Judy was a 1963 graduate of Greenville High School. She worked at Neff Lettering and later worked in the bakery at Eikenberry’s IGA in Greenville for 18 years. Judy loved spending time with her grandchildren and supporting them in their activities. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, reading, and being outside in the warmth of the sun tending to her flowers.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Kenny Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm and Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the funeral home.
