The Greenville Park Board is seeking proposals from qualified businesses, organizations, or individuals interested in operating the Roundhouse Concession Facility located within Greenville City Park at 725 E. Harmon Drive, Greenville, Ohio.
Proposals should be submitted electronically in PDF format to Ryan Delk at RDelk@cityofgreenvilleohio.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2026. Applicants should describe their experience, business qualifications, proposed menu, operating plan, equipment needs, and vision for creating a welcoming destination that enhances the park experience and encourages repeat visitation.
Proposals will be evaluated based upon, relevant experience and qualifications, strength and creativity of the proposed concept, menu quality and variety, operational readiness, ability to establish the roundhouse as a destination within Greenville City Park , references and overall proposal quality.

The selected operator will enter into a concession agreement with the City of Greenville and Greenville Park Board.
