Alan Gene Riegle, 78, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Monday October 19, 2026, at 12:48 PM at Wayne Healthcare, Greenville, Ohio. Alan was born September 17, 1948, in Greenville, Ohio, the son of the late Grant Eugene and Martha (Arnett) Riegle.
Alan was a horse trainer and driver along with his dad. He enjoyed woodworking, repairing things, and gardening.
Alan is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Linda Sue Zumbrum; his son-in-law, Richard Huff.
Alan is survived by his wife, Linda J. (Lee) Riegle; his son, Cary Riegle; his daughter, Nicole (Aaron) Lewis; his brother, Bruce (Karen) Riegle; his sister, Tami Huff; his brother-in-law, Tracy Zumbrum; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private services for Alan will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Darke County.
