DARKE COUNTY – The Darke County Commissioners’ September 8, 2026, regular meeting started at 9:32 a.m., and Commissioners Aultman, Combs, and Flatter were present. The Commissioners then approved the minutes from September 3rd.
The examination and allowance of bills were introduced and approved for September 8th. The General Fund total was $4,750.85; the Outside funds were $78,176.61, totaling $82,297.46.
The Health Dept. and the Auditor both had Revenue and Appropriation decreases. The Health Dept. had a Decrease from the Help Me Grow Grant of $35,347.79, and the Auditor had a decrease from the Opioid Ohio Grant of $23,212.08. Both were approved.
The Commissioners journalized the Proclamation for Constitution Week, September 17-23, 2026.
