Leticia (Tish) A. Miller, age 57, of Greenville, Ohio, died peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, August 13th, 2026.
Tish was born on November 14, 1968, in Dayton, Ohio to Wayne E. and Edith (Lamons) Bertram. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1987 and spent many years in nonprofit work as a grant writer. After leaving the workforce, Tish spent countless hours investing in the lives of others through the Biblical counseling ministry at Bible Fellowship Church.
Tish was also a talented baker and was affectionately known as “Blind Betty.” She loved to spend time in the kitchen with others and was always sharing the fruits of her labor with willing taste-testers. In addition to baking, Tish loved planning parties, spending hours on the beach, having friends fill her home and endless conversations over coffee.
Tish’s grandsons, Emerson and Jude, brought her immense joy. She loved spending time with them and watching them grow.
Tish is survived by her loving husband, Richard C. Miller, Jr., whose steadfast devotion mirrored the love of Christ for His bride. She is also survived by her daughters, Elizabeth (Clinton) Davis and Victoria (Joseph) Chapman; grandsons, Emerson Davis, Jude Chapman, and one Chapman granddaughter, Cecelia, on the way; sister, Lesia Bertram; brother, Doug (Cathy) Bertram; and adopted son, Curtis Roush, as well as many other family members and friends.
There will be a celebration of Tish’s life held on Wednesday, August 19th, at 12 p.m. at Bible Fellowship Church, 7757 Greenville Celina Road., Greenville, Ohio, with the Pastor Scott Gruber officiating.
Family will receive friends at Bible Fellowship Church on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
