Sealed proposals properly endorsed “ Water Reclamation Facility Biosolids Management CY25-26” will be received by the City of Greenville, Ohio, at the office of the Board of Control, c/o Megan Bailey in the Municipal Building, 100 Public Square, Greenville, Ohio 45331 until 10:00 am on August 26, 2025 and at that time and place publicly opened and read.
The work for which proposals are invited is “Water Reclamation Facility Biosolids Management CY25-26” – land application of sludges and hauling of sludges from the Greenville Water Reclamation Facility, including associated functions as described in the specifications.
The engineer’s estimate for this job is $500,500.00 for the one (1) year contract (with one (1) year extension optional)
Specifications may be examined at the City Planning & Zoning Office, or a request can be made for an emailed/mailed copy.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best proposal.
The potential bidder MUST be listed as a plan holder prior to the bid opening date/time to place a bid.

Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal, a bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity.
