My niece Michelle Jones, my son Jamie and I did a “thing” this week.
Michelle introduced us to the idea and, yes, we decided to take part in a Salt and Sole Wellness program provided by CEO Kendra Brewer right here in Darke County.
The three of us did the Halotherapy/Salt Therapy, and Michelle and I did the Sole Therapy to detox our feet.
Michelle, who has COPD, said she felt better after the Halotherapy session, as did Jamie and I. Jamie has been having sleep issues and some skin problems, and after I heard of some of the benefits, I thought it could help with my feet/leg/knee issues, so I was looking forward to it.
Immediately, we each felt better.
We plan on doing it again, hopefully to get even healthier. I figure if we do that, our health issues will all become plusses for us. And, Kendra was so knowledgeable and could even tell by the foot detoxification results what was ailing us, which I think, is wonderful.
I thank Michelle for finding out about this therapy program and letting us in on it.
From what I read and heard about this holistic wellness spa, these therapies benefit those suffering from inflammation, Cystic Fibrosis, asthma, bronchitis, killing bacterial infections, and raising PH levels ,killing acidity among other abnormalities.
