Joseph Smith (43) for felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Carrie Swink (28) and Jodie Cummins (35) were both arrested for Child Endangering. All three are from Greenville. Two children were also removed from the residence and handed over to Darke County Child Protective Services.
The raid was successful due in part to tips received from concerned citizens. Sheriff Mark Whittaker urges citizens of Darke County to continue to report any suspected drug activity to the DCSO by calling 937-548-2020. You may remain anonymous.
The three adults arrested are currently incarcerated and awaiting arraignment. Further charges are pending a review by the Darke County Prosecutor’s Office.
