I had the pleasure of attending another gathering of our female classmates. And, guess what!
Plans are being made to have another special celebration of the anniversary of our Ansonia class next year. We know it’s going to be held on May 22 in the afternoon. The venue has not been validated yet, but I will let my fellow classmates know when it is.
Gathering this past Saturday were Tammy Sholley Arnett, Judy Striegel Brandenberg, Jean Whittaker Unger, Cheryl Snyder Clouse, Karen Miller Mote, Gloria Carter Ault, Barbara Baker Teaford, Leanna House Whittington and myself.
I have always heard we were the largest class graduating from Ansonia High School, and held that record until the class of 1976. Hope those figures are correct.
