DARKE COUNTY – On Friday, at approximately 2:52 p.m., Darke County Deputies, along with North Star Fire and Ansonia Rescue, responded to the 14,300 block of US 127 for a two-vehicle minor injury crash.
Investigation revealed a 2023 red/tan Peterbilt semi tractor-trailer driven by Devin Schoenlein (21) of Coldwater was northbound on US 127, slowing down in traffic to almost a stop, when his trailer was rear-ended by a 1999 white Volvo feed truck, driven by Mitchell Regedanz (20) of Celina.
Regedanz was transported to Mercer Health Hospital for minor injuries and Schoenlein was uninjured.
